How do I book an activity?

Open any listing and click "Book now". Pick a date, party size, and duration, then confirm. In demo mode no payment is taken — your booking is created as pending. Real payment is handled by our partner provider after launch.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Go to "Bookings" in the top nav, open the booking, and click "Cancel booking". You can cancel any booking that is still pending or confirmed and hasn't happened yet. Refund timing is operator-specific.

I prefer to chat first — can I just ask a question?

Yes. On a listing page, click "Ask the operator" to send a free-form inquiry with your preferred date and party size. The operator replies by email.

I am an operator — how do I list my business?

Click "Sign up" and choose vendor. Complete onboarding (business name, trade licence, contact info) and you'll move into KYC review. Once verified, you can create listings, set pricing and schedules, and start accepting bookings.

Why isn't my saved listings list syncing across devices?

Saved items currently live in a cookie on the device you used to save them. Once accounts are fully wired up by our partner backend, saved items will sync across signed-in devices.

How do reviews work?

Reviews are shown on each listing and on operator profiles. You can rate from 1–5 stars and leave a written review after a booking is completed. Reviews are moderated for spam and abuse.

Which payments are accepted?

Final payment flows are integrated by our partner payment provider — they support Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tabby/Tamara for installments in the UAE.
