Refunds & Cancellations

Effective 2026-05-19

The three policies

Each activity displays one of three cancellation policies. The exact refund amount depends on which policy the operator chose for that listing, and on how close to the scheduled start time you cancel.

Flexible

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.
  • No refund within 24 hours.

Moderate

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before the scheduled start.
  • 50% refund between 24 hours and 5 days.
  • No refund within 24 hours.

Strict

  • Non-refundable in all cases.
  • The operator may offer a reschedule for weather-affected dates at their discretion.

How to cancel

  1. Go to your bookings.
  2. Open the booking you want to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel booking. The page will show you the refund amount based on the listing's policy and how far ahead you are.

When you don't pay anything

A new booking enters pending operator approval first. If the operator rejects it or doesn't respond within their stated window, you are not charged at all and there is no refund to process.

Weather, force majeure, and operator no-shows

If the operator cancels the activity for safety, weather, or any reason on their side, you receive a full refund regardless of the listing's policy. Operators may also offer to reschedule.

How refunds are returned

  • Refunds go to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby).
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days; banks add their own clearing time on top.
  • You'll see the refund amount in your booking detail page once cancellation is confirmed.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund amount, message us via the booking thread or contact us. We'll review the cancellation policy, the timestamps, and the operator's availability and either confirm the amount or adjust it. Per the terms of service the courts of Dubai have final jurisdiction.
